Your Spine

is Living

Concrete

Your bones are living concrete.

The spine is like a column of the Parthenon.

A column is made of blocks
stacked on top of each other.
If a Parthenon column were to
bow out or collapse,
the whole system could fall down.

If your spinal column collapses,
into a C curve while sitting,
your whole system may weaken.

Sit with a slight forward arch
in your lower back.

Open your chest.
Sit with your spine vertical.
not leaning forward at the computer,
or dining table,
not slumped at the TV.
